The race course is very scenic and flat. It crosses the Mighty Columbia River four times and runs through parks and alond the river its entire length. The only hills are associated with the bridges you cross. We have aid stations every two miles and at the 25 mile point. This is a viewer friendly course. The beauty of this course rivals The Big Sur marathon.

Our course is certified and is a Boston Marathon qualifier.

We put on a nice race. We had 175 people run our race last year, up from 125 the year before. We are small but put on a nice race.

Awards for first three male and female finishers and top three in 5 year age groups.

We also have a relay where we split the course into four segments and teams comprised of two, three or four runnerrs compete.

Early starts available.

Our race starts and finishes at the Shilo Inn in Richland Washington. Their address is 50 Comstock ave.

Your 25th anniversary run was fantastic. the weather was great and the aid stations were manned by some enthustiac volunteers. The course was very scenic as advertised. The finishing hats were a nice added bonus. Looking forward to next year!! see you then!
