Make sure to get your long runs in. Ideally you will want at lest two runs over 20 miles to prepare you for hitting 'the wall.'

u really need to practice hard and build stemna. do have running double the amount of your marathon
its really a great site. i got alot of information from this site and i am really happy. but its not in a very organized way and you need to have difficulty in fnding relevant material. i don;t find sitemap aswell.
