The club was incorporated in November, 1970, as a non-profit organization to promote running for health and fitness and is governed by an unpaid, all volunteer Board of Directors.
Presently, the club produces over 25 runs of all types annually, from 5Ks to 50 milers. In addition, the club assists at many additional runs, providing equipment and expertise to organizations to raise funds for worthwhile projects.
ARR Track sessions are held weekly in two different parts of town for the convenience of our runners. These sessions are FREE coached sessions. You may also receive marathon or other specific race-distance training at these sessions.
